Guideline implementation requires targeted physician education to address key care delivery issues in their specific practice environment.  BHGI has a goal of creating comprehensive, context-appropriate and guideline-based multidisciplinary curriculum for breast cancer in collaboration with ASCO and Latin American thought leaders. Joint proposal to be reviewed for approval at the ASCO Board meeting scheduled June 2009 in Orlando.
